Previously I had put a recipe on here for avacado pudding, which was misspelled.

This is an awesome update to that recipe. Because this one contains no sugar!

Note: if you are putting it in a shaker blender for smoothies put the cocoa in first then the honey then the milk. blend and then add the mushed up avocados.

Pretty much gone already. Seems like not a week went by where either Mike or I wasn’t sickly. Today was my second day calling out and I pretty much sounded like Hubert Cumberdale (Don’t turn up your speakers), and they had to ask who I was. I pretty much stayed in my room all weekend, keeping socializing more to minimal w the people who came here. This was ok with me. Hopefully Feb will be better and also want to be healthy again so I can work out more and also go on campus more, and I need to buy sweat pants. There is definitely a sweat pants void like Mike said.

Want to try this next. The other one was wet and gloppy and since I didn’t close the bucket it got thicker and thicker as the water evaporated. There is water in the washer so why put it in first, right.

A SIMPLE RECIPE

Each batch yields approximately 32 ounces (between 32-64 loads based on how many Tbsp used per load).

• 1 bar of shaved bar soap (Ivory, ZOTE, Fels-Naptha)
• 1 cup of borax
• 1 cup of washing soda

Thoroughly stir together for 5 minutes and enjoy the results!  That’s it folks…seems too good to be true, but it is true indeed!

I just made this delicious lemon/limeade. Variation of a little instruction i saw on some websites.

1-1/2 cups of juice lemon and lime whatever ratio you want

6-1/2 cups of cold water

1 cup agave nectar

mix it together and then pour it into a cup with lots of ice.

Had a great party for New Years. with some great awesome people! So blessed to know so many awesome people. House church was twice as many people this week and was good. Andy Webstar is screaming in my basement. They are playing Amnesia.

I was on vacation the end of last week so I feel good right now. I need to try to keep a positive attitude. As opposed to my comment I made to Timmy at 12am.

This year we had 8 weddings I had 6 showers. not to mention holidays, bible studies, hangout nights. Its a good thing we didn’t try to have a garden.

We had the best fun getting the farmers market veggies from Redfire Farm.

Learning new recipes and such helped me to eat real food. I don’t know how I lived for almost too years on about 4 meal bars a day. They were packed with carbs.

We just got a package that has some canning jars in it. I plan on making some pickles next year and maybe tomato sauce.

I am on the last harry potter book. . then we just have to watch the movies… then I will have done that. Glad to make my friends happy by reading it. Besides it gives me something to do while everyone else is playing games.

We are planning to try to read the bible in a year. I’m attempting to look into learning Hebrew to see if that makes it more interesting but it seems to be more complicated than Greek.

The other night I fell asleep on the couch while Mike, Andrew and Timmy played Civ 4. It was a good sleep with my arms over my head.

We had a good thanksgiving full of bad food like trash and pie. The new guest room got usage and succeeded. Go Mike for all the painting etc. We decided we wanted to be healthy after all the bad food this weekend. I made a smoothie and brought it to work and didn’t eat too much till I got home. When I got home we went for a walk and saw the tree lighting ceremony in Westfield center. The high schoolers were singing and there were people dresed up and the mayor said some stuff. I couldn’t see him, don’t really know what he looks like or really what a mayor does.

We then decided to go to five guys. this was not a healthy choice. It was the first day it was open and the smell when we walked in was disgusting like grease. There were like 40 people in line ahead of us waiting for their food. The fries are more potato than fries and I didn’t like them.The hamburgers are small and not at all worth 5.79. We decided not to go back. Fail at being healthy. I then had two cups of chocolate milk with Godiva liqueur in it. fail again. This will inspire me to try harder tomorrow. Tomorrow I have to buy more bananas. The new smoothie maker is awesome. I really missed it. We just watched 3 episodes of fringe.

Sitting around in the foyer of pickadilly pub playing a game called “compare what’s in your wallet” isn’t a normal thing you would see. but if you have to wait for an hour and a half then what else are you gonna do.

Also I didnt finish my brocolli hat for the concert because as soon as it started snowing I got really angry and decided not to go. There was only like 5 people there anyways. Nic I mean avatar yang didnt even wear a shirt.

We thought that since it was snowing we could go to the store and get some movies. We got three and started watching one about history. It was boring. I hate when movies or shows have court cases in them. But Mike fiunally just put my mind to rest when i told him I was still annoyed that i couldnt figure out who the actor in the movie was but that I felt that he was some fantasy character. He then said..was he mr Tumnus.. I said yes!!! (I still wish that album had come out)

Anyways the power went out so we never watched the rest of that movie, or the other two which we

also rented. The snow was heavy and big and I muttered “stupid” under my breath many times. On the way to the store to get the food and movies I was quite grumpy and Mike called me a baby. I told him that I now needed to buy a toy at the store. Then I said to myself (outloud) “you already have alot of toys at home that you never play with” and then I said “And be quiet, I don’t want to hear it from…me”

I finished my book today. It is called Valis. There isn’t really a good way to explain it. You would just have to read it.

Now I am typing in the car because we have been driving around to charge our phones for like 2 hours and also were trying to get to Mikes dads which took extra long because there were all kinds of detours. We just heard we got power back though. There are gas lines and gas stations are running out of gas.

DL needs to do laundry.

Although it is only Autumn it started snowing and I am very angry. It is a good thing I finally just got to planting my garlic today. I made a little raised bed and planted my garlics and put straw on it as suggested.

This week was busy because I had to stop and take care of the cats on the way home. Molly was lonely and when I petted her she drooled all over me. Then she hit me when I started to leave and I yelled at her. And this little guy just mostly wanted to live in my face.

I was sad when Mike told me that there are only two more weeks left of our farm share. I asked him what we would eat. I had fun this year learning about vegetables and cooking new things.

Pumpkins aren’t so spectacular especially pumpkin lines. But what makes the difference is good company : ) (even if they play stupid guessing games) Had a great weekend in Providence and Boston!
